Custom Stand-up Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Cream and Jam

A factory-supplied stand-up spout pouch for semi-liquid foods such as cream and jam and for beverage liquids, with a stated volume range of 1–1000 ml. The stand-up base keeps a filled pouch upright, and the top spout with its screw cap allows product to be squeezed out as needed, cutting down the contamination and waste that come with repeatedly opening a large container.

The body is laminated, and the functional layers form a sealed cavity after heat sealing. Cream and jam are viscous, so the thickness of the inner sealing layer and the bore of the spout affect how smoothly the product flows. The barrier layer slows the passage of oxygen and aroma compounds, which has a practical effect on keeping the flavour of jam.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing is available in 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout bore and cap type, material combination and artwork are all made to order. Viscous contents need a smoother path out of the pouch, so the spout type and the proportions of the pouch can be chosen with that in mind.
