Custom Stand-up Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Jam and Cheese

Jam, drink and cheese spout pouches are small-diameter stand-up bags made from laminated material, offered in volumes from 1-1000 ml. A narrow spout suits extruded pastes and semi-liquid foods, so jam, cheese and drinks of differing viscosity can each find a workable flow rate.

The body is laminated from multiple layers and the stand-up base lets the filled pouch stand. Narrowing the spout concentrates the flow, so spreadable foods can be aimed straight at a plate. The heat-seal area between spout and body must be flat and free of wrinkles - this is the part that decides whether the pack leaks. A stand-up base also makes the pack easier to handle during filling and packing.

On specification, volumes cover 1-1000 ml, printing supports 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Customers can specify spout diameter, pouch dimensions and gusset width, while artwork can be supplied by the customer or adapted to the requirement.
