Custom Stand-up Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Laundry Detergent

A stand-up spout pouch for household liquids, made mainly for custom packaging of laundry detergent, with a body combining aluminium foil and laminated material. The aluminium layer improves the barrier against light and gas, and together with the stand-up base and spout it lets a filled pouch stand on shelf and be poured from once the cap is opened, which suits detergents and dish soaps that are used in large amounts and taken repeatedly.

The material is bonded from aluminium foil and laminate: the aluminium layer provides the barrier, the inner sealing layer contacts the detergent, and the outer layer protects the printed graphics. Detergents contain surfactants, so the stability of the inner layer in prolonged contact with them is a factor in material selection, while the weld between the spout and the shoulder determines how the seal holds up over repeated use.

Volumes cover 1–1000 ml, printing 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch size, spout and cap, the arrangement of the aluminium layer and the artwork can all be customised. Household products often need directions, dilution ratios and cautions on the pouch, and the printing can be laid out to fit them.

Applications cover liquids, laundry detergent, dish soap and household chemicals, and also refill packs of fabric softener, disinfectant and cleaner. Supermarkets and online channels prefer medium and large refills, while hotels and travel use small sizes.
