Custom Stand-up Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Shampoo and Conditioner

A plastic stand-up spout pouch for the hair-care trade, filled mainly with shampoo and conditioner and equally suited to thicker pastes such as colour cream and perm solution. Once filled, the pouch stands upright in a carton, and the screw-cap spout controls how much comes out, even when the bag is hung upside down.

The body is made of laminated material, with an aluminium foil layer added when required. A laminate bonds a base film to barrier layers: the outer face takes the print and resists rubbing, while the inner face sits against the product. Heat sealing closes the edges into a continuous seam. Adding foil improves light blocking, which suits light-sensitive formulas.

On specification, volumes run from 1-1000 ml with 1-8 colour printing and a minimum order of 10,000 pcs. Because colour cream is viscous, the spout bore and pouch width can be matched to the filling line and to how the paste flows, and both artwork and bag shape remain open to customisation.

Applications cover laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, plus body lotion, sheet masks, facial cleanser and liquid packaging in general. Salon chains buying decanting consumables, e-commerce hair-care sets and supermarket refill packs all fit this pouch format.
