Custom Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml, Colour-Printed for Jelly

A colour-printed shaped stand-up spout pouch for liquid foods such as jelly and beverages. Rather than a plain rectangle, the outline can follow a curve or an irregular shape that matches the brand, and the stand-up base keeps the pack upright on the shelf.

The body uses laminated material. The bonded structure provides barrier and strength, and the printed layer sits on the outer face so graphics and text resist rubbing; the spout is welded at the top and closed with a cap. Shaped cutting and heat sealing run together, keeping the seam width even around the contour.

Capacities from 1-1000 ml can all be scheduled, printing supports 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Shaped outlines, pouch dimensions and spout specification are customisable, tooling starts once the design file is received, and a clear viewing window can be left if required.

Applications are in liquid food, mainly jelly and drinks, and other similar liquid food packaging is accepted too. Branded snack ranges, children's drinks and gift-box assortments can all use a printed shaped pouch. Shaped pouches take more tooling than a plain rectangle, so the outline is usually fixed early in the project. Once the die is set, later orders can be repeated against the same outline and layout.
