This stand-up spout pouch is built around putty-type building materials, where the inner layer's tolerance of alkalinity is the key question. Water-resistant putty and ancillaries used on both interior and exterior walls can react with the inner layer during storage, so the material combination has to match the acidity or alkalinity of the product.
The body uses laminated material, and the multi-layer build delivers flexibility together with load-bearing strength. A hand-carry fitment is welded to the top of the pouch so a filled 5 L pack can be carried by hand. The spout and screw cap handle dispensing and sealing, and a tightened cap keeps the contents from leaking in transit or being forced out when pouches are pressed together in a stack.
Standard volume is 5 L, and printing covers 1–8 colours, with layouts that combine product name, specification and application notes. Accessories are a spout with screw cap and a hand-carry fitment, with the spout available in large and small diameters. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and handle position and pouch proportions can follow site habits.
Uses include water-resistant putty, interior and exterior wall ancillaries, building liquids and similar alkaline materials, plus household cleaning liquids in refill packs. The hand-carry feature is practical both on site and in the shop, and saves hunting for a spare container.
Kody Packaging is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, completing lamination, bag making and handle welding on its own line. Samples can be produced from your pouch so sealing and load capacity are confirmed before mass production. Handle position can also be sampled in more than one place so it can be compared under load.
