Custom Stand-up Spout Pouch 5 L with Valve for Drinking Water

This stand-up spout pouch with an outlet valve carries a 33 mm valve and holds 5 L, and is used to transfer and temporarily store drinking water. The valve opens and closes to control the flow, and the stand-up base lets a full pouch stand upright, which suits outdoor work and temporary water points.

The body is formed in a stand-up structure, its folded base opening out into a supporting surface so a filled pouch stands steadily; the joint between valve and body is the critical sealing point, and fitting has to keep the valve seat tight against the pouch mouth to avoid leakage at the joint.

The valve bore is 33 mm and the fill is 5 L. The specific pouch dimensions, valve type and panel printing are set to the customer's order requirements, so artwork should be provided where brand information is to be printed and we will handle the layout.

The application sits within liquid packaging. Drinking water transfer is the main scenario, and it can also serve other liquids that need valve-controlled dispensing and easy handling; outdoor construction, event water supply and temporary storage are common settings, and a filled pouch can be carried by hand or stacked for short periods.
