Custom Transparent Stand-up Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Juice

This stand-up spout pouch is aimed at freshly made drinks and food-service takeaway. The body is transparent, so the colour and condition of juice, cola or milk tea can be seen straight through the pack without opening it. The stand-up base lets a filled pouch stand on its own, which is convenient on a packing bench, and it takes less space in a carton than bottles or cans. The spout lets the consumer drink directly or pour the contents out.

The body uses laminated material that balances flexibility against load-bearing strength, and the transparent appearance shows the contents without relying on printing. The base is formed by folding and heat sealing, with the seal width matched to the pouch size; the joint between spout and body is heat sealed in the same way to reduce loosening and leakage in transit.

Volume runs from 1-1000 ml, and the sizes most used by a shop can be chosen inside that range. Printing supports 1-8 colours, and a transparent layout can carry only partial artwork. The width-to-height ratio, the spout position and the pouch style can all be adjusted.
