Product details
This stand-up pouch has an outlet at both the top and the bottom: a spout on the upper end and a valve on the lower one. Filling and dispensing can therefore be handled separately. The transparent laminated body keeps the liquid and its level visible, and the carry feature suits portable 5 L packs of drinking water and other beverages.
The structure combines transparent laminated material, PE and nylon. Nylon raises toughness and drop resistance, PE forms the sealing layer and the inner surface, and the laminated film keeps both clarity and strength. Both outlet positions need extra sealing reinforcement, and the flatness of the pouch face around the welded spout matters during bag making.
The volume is 5 L and printing is available in 1–8 colours. Spout, screw cap and valve are the fittings, combined to suit how the pouch is filled and used. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with bag style, colour and artwork made to order.
Typical contents are drinking water, hydrogen-rich water, fresh beer, soup, milk and juice, and the pouch also fits outdoor hydration, takeaway drinks and group deliveries where liquid has to be carried and poured on the move. The lower valve drains the pack, while the upper spout is used for drinking or partial dispensing.
The pouches are made by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination, slitting, bag making, spout fitting and valve welding are carried out in house, and samples can be produced from a customer's reference bag. Dual-outlet structures allow many combinations of fittings and bag styles, so price varies with the configuration and is quoted against the sample.
