Custom Transparent Stand-up Spout Pouch 5 L with Screw Cap for Liquids

This general-purpose stand-up spout pouch for liquids holds 5 L in a transparent laminated body. The spout opening can be sized to the customer's requirement, a screw cap closes it, and a handle is built in. General-purpose here means the fill product is not fixed: drinking water, beverages and soup stock all fit, which suits filling plants that run many products through a single pouch format.

The transparent laminated body shows the liquid level and lets end users judge how much is left. The laminate combines a printed face layer with a barrier layer and a heat-seal inner layer; the barrier slows gas permeation, while the inner layer supplies strength at the base and seams so the pouch keeps standing once filled with water.

Printing covers 1 to 8 colours. Volume is 5 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Beyond the opening, pouch dimensions, bottom gusset and handle position are also customisable, with artwork laid out from the customer's content.

Applications span drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, juice pouches, milk pouches, soup stock pouches and fresh beer pouches, and the format also takes ordinary non-food liquids, making it a broadly compatible base design.
