Custom Water Pouch 10 L with Spout and Valve for Mineral Water

This stand-up liquid pouch uses a twin-spout and valve arrangement, with two outlet diameters on the body so filling equipment and end use can be handled at different points. Marked at 10 L and covering a 1–10 L range, it is intended mainly for mineral water and other liquids that need portable storage and dispensing.

The body is a laminated structure built from nylon, PE, PET and CPP films. PET usually contributes stiffness and printability, nylon adds puncture resistance, and PE and CPP act as the sealing and inner contact layers. The films are laminated, then sealed as one body with the spout, valve and screw cap welded into the outlet positions.

Volumes run from 1–10 L with 10 L as the nominal size. Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Fittings include a spout, valve, screw cap and handle, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Outlet diameters, bag height and artwork can all be adjusted to order.

The main use is mineral water and drinking water, and it also suits liquid filling that calls for sterile handling conditions. The valve outlet can be connected to filling or dispensing equipment, the handle helps a full pouch be carried, and the pack can be laid flat for stacking.

The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Lamination, bag making, spout fitting and valve welding are linked in house, and a sample can be made from a customer's physical bag or drawing. Multi-outlet structures allow flexible material and fitting combinations, so quotations follow the confirmed sample.
