Product details
A stand-up drinking water pouch with a self-supporting base, a spout, a screw cap and a handle. Marked at 5 L (about 5 kg), it is aimed at portable packaging for mineral water and beverages. The body is transparent, so a filled pouch can stand on a counter or shelf and be lifted with one hand.
The materials are transparent film, nylon-PE and laminated material. Nylon improves flexibility and drop resistance, PE handles heat sealing and contact with the liquid, and laminating the layers balances clarity against strength. The stand-up base is formed by folding and sealing, and the width of that bottom seal determines how steadily the pouch stands.
The volume is 5 L and printing runs from 1–8 colours. Fittings include a screw cap, spout and handle. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch height and width, the size of the stand-up base, the spout diameter and the handle style are all made to order.
The pouch suits mineral water, beverages and other free-flowing liquids, and is common in outdoor activities, meeting supply and household drinking. The spout opening is moderate, so the liquid can be drunk directly or poured into a cup, and the screw cap reseals the pack to limit leakage.
