Factory-Direct Foil Four-Side-Seal Pouch 300 ml for Tea Drinks

A four-side-seal foil spout pouch supplied directly from the factory to beverage filling plants. The body is heat-sealed on all four edges into a flat rectangle, and a spout with screw cap is welded to the top, so the pack can be opened and drunk from straight away while still running smoothly on automatic filling lines. The common 300 ml size fits ready-to-drink items such as fruit tea, glacier water and hydrogen-rich water, and the flat shape sits easily in one hand.

The body combines metallized film with a pure aluminium layer. The aluminium blocks light and limits oxygen ingress, while the metallized film adds stiffness and keeps cost in check; stacked together they help hold flavour and colour steady across shelf life. Four-side sealing leaves straight, even edges and keeps the whole front panel free for printing, so full-bleed artwork is not interrupted by the construction.

Volume can be selected anywhere between 1-10L, printing runs to 1-8 colours, and a spout or screw cap can be fitted as accessories, with a minimum order of 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout size and artwork are all adjusted to the customer's drawing; a sample is confirmed first and bulk production follows.

The same construction is widely used for drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, draught beer pouches, soup pouches, milk pouches and juice pouches. Different contents call for different barrier levels, so telling us the filling temperature and whether the pack ships chilled helps us judge how many layers are needed and where the aluminium should sit.

Production is handled by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, where printing, lamination, slitting, pouch making and spout welding run as one continuous process, and edge strength and weld position are checked before dispatch.
