Factory-Direct Stand-up Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Laundry Detergent

Baby laundry detergent and children's bubble water share one stand-up spout pouch here. The body is made from laminated material with a spout on top, and the volume can be chosen from a range. Baby and child products tend to be judged on how easy they are to use: the spout lets a parent pour one-handed, and a child using bubble water can simply squeeze the liquid out. Kody Packaging makes the pouch to order in volumes from 1-1000 ml, with a minimum order of 10,000 pcs.

The body is a multi-ply laminate: the inner ply touches the contents and completes the heat-seal, the middle ply provides the barrier, and the outer ply carries the print and resists abrasion. The stand-up base keeps a filled bag steady, so it is not easily knocked over on a shelf. The spout cap is simple to open and close, so an unfinished pack can be sealed again and spills are fewer; the bag is soft, and empty ones take up little space in transit or storage.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Dimensions, spout diameter, pouch style and artwork all follow a customer drawing, and a die-cut outline can be added.

Applications are liquid packaging: baby laundry detergent and children's bubble water, plus laundry detergent, cleaners, body wash, shampoo and disinfectant.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling approved before the bulk run. Bag dimensions and artwork can be adjusted from one order to the next once a fresh sample is approved.
