Custom Bag-in-Box 1–200 L with Butterfly Valve, Aseptic for Yogurt

A bag-in-box liquid pouch with an aseptic butterfly valve, aimed at yogurt and yogurt drinks and able to run on automatic filling lines. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag wall combines metallized, pure aluminium and transparent layers. The pure aluminium layer delivers the stronger barrier, the metallized layer adds light blocking, and the transparent layer makes the fill volume easy to check. The butterfly valve at the spout connects to filling equipment, and closing forms a sealed space; during dispensing the bag contracts, cutting the contact between contents and air. The spout design is aligned with the filler interface during sampling, so little machine adjustment is needed once the pouch is on the line.

Printing covers 1–8 colours for brand marks and flavour differentiation. Accessories include a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a pointed spout, a tap valve and a carton, selected to suit the filling line and how the pack is used. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, a wide flavour range can be split into separate artwork on one bag format, which lowers plate-making cost.

The target contents are yogurt and yogurt drinks, and the pouch also handles milk, juice and other liquid dairy and beverage products. Yogurt-type contents are sensitive to temperature, so packs should move into the cold chain once filling is complete.
