Red wine is vulnerable to oxidation and seepage during storage and decanting, so this foil bag-in-box separates the liquid from air with an inner pouch and valve, and the seal still closes properly after repeated pouring. With an outer carton it is ready for retail or food service.
The body laminates metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent material. The foil layer carries the light and oxygen barrier, the aluminium layer strengthens moisture protection, and the clear section confirms how much is left. The pouch resists brittle cracking when folded, and the valve seat is heat-sealed with a short outlet path.
Printing is specified at 1-8 colours and can follow a winery or brand layout; volumes run 1-200 L, covering anything from sample lots to bulk storage. Accessories include butterfly, oil, tap and pointed-spout valves plus the carton. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
