Bulk supply of cooking oil and drinking water often uses this aluminium foil bag-in-box, whose pouch dimensions can be adjusted to what the customer needs. The carton and inner bag are configured separately, existing filling equipment can stay in place, and a change of format only means adjusting bag length and fitment size.

The body laminates metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent material. Aluminium carries the light and oxygen barrier, while the clear layer keeps contents visible so fill level can be checked during filling and dispensing. Formed pouches stay supple and hold position inside the carton. Because the film grade is chosen per contents, one pouch structure covers both a cooking oil line and a plain drinking water line.

Printing for this item is specified at 1-8 L, and volumes span 1-200 L, so fill quantity and panel layout can be confirmed together. Accessories include butterfly, oil, pointed-spout and tap valves plus the carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
