Custom Foil Bag-in-Box 10 L for Cooking Oil and Coating

A 10 L aluminium foil pouch with a clear section, used for filling and moving cooking oil, drinks and coatings. The seals and valve area are treated with care so the risk of leakage in transit stays low. An outer carton lets the filled bag stand upright.

The body laminates pure aluminium, metallized film and transparent film. The aluminium layer blocks light, moisture and oxygen, and the clear layer shows the fill level. The laminate keeps the pouch tough once filled, so stacking load is absorbed by the bag flexing rather than by cracks at the folds.

Printing runs 1-8 colours from customer artwork; volumes span 1-200 L, with 10 L as one step, and bag length and fitment size follow the filling equipment. Accessories include butterfly, oil, tap and pointed-spout valves plus the carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
