Custom Foil Bag-in-Box 20 L with Butterfly Valve, Aseptic for Red Wine

This aluminium foil bag-in-box is offered in a 20 litre size with a butterfly valve at the spout, built for red wine and edible oil packaging and able to run to aseptic requirements. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag uses transparent, metallized and pure aluminium materials. The pure aluminium layer provides the stronger barrier, the metallized layer helps block light, and the transparent layer lets the fill level be seen. The bag is paired with a cardboard outer carton; once filling is complete the pack is sealed, and pouring is controlled by the valve. The joint between spout and valve is formed during bag making, giving a flat sealing face that resists weeping at the outlet.

Printing covers 1–8 colours and can carry brand, capacity and batch information. Accessories can include a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a tap valve, a pointed spout and a carton. At 10,000 pcs minimum, the item suits bulk portioning of oils and wines, since the two fill in similar ways and can share one bag format.

Typical contents are red wine and edible oil, and the pouch also fits seasoning liquids such as soy sauce and vinegar. Seasoning liquids place lower demands on light blocking than wine does, and the material choice can be trimmed accordingly.
