Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Fruit Juice

A 1–200 L aseptic bag-in-box formed from metallized, pure aluminium and transparent materials, dispensed through a butterfly valve and used mainly for fruit juice and sauce-type liquids. Printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

Because liquid contents vary widely in viscosity, the material build leaves room to choose. The metallized layer balances light blocking against cost, the pure aluminium layer raises the barrier, and the transparent layer makes the filling state easy to check. The valve bore at the spout can be matched to the contents, and the bag contracts during dispensing to reduce residue. Since the inner wall touches the contents directly, material selection weighs sealing performance together with resistance to the product.

Printing covers 1–8 colours for brand information, an ingredient list and usage notes. Accessories include a butterfly valve, a pointed spout, an oil valve, a tap valve and a carton. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, drink producers can build one portioning system across several specifications: juice and sauces share the bag format, with only the valve and the artwork changed.

The common use is bulk portioning of fruit juice, and the format also suits jam, syrup and sauces whose flow behaviour differs. Sauce-type contents dispense more slowly, so the valve bore is opened up to cut residue inside the bag and avoid blocking at the outlet.
