Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Wine

A bag-in-box shipped direct from the Dongguan plant, where butterfly, tap, pointed-spout and ring-pull spouts can be combined to suit the job, for decanting and moving liquids such as wine. With a carton around it the pouch stands upright, and the valve governs the flow when pouring.

The body laminates metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent film; aluminium handles light, oxygen and moisture, and the clear section confirms the fill level. Formed pouches stay supple and resist becoming brittle at the bends, so repeated handling and stacking are no problem. A clear window along the face shows the fill level without opening the carton.

Printing runs 1-8 colours from customer artwork, and volumes span 1-200 L, with large batches made on the same pouch format. Accessories include butterfly, tap, aseptic, pointed-spout and oil valves plus the carton. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
