Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 3 L for Coating

Coating, wood wax oil and glue at 3 L and 5 L often use this metallized bucket liner instead of being packed straight into the pail. A screw cap makes portioned use easy, the liner can simply be lifted out when empty, and the bucket itself can go back into service.

The body laminates metallized film with pure aluminium, where aluminium handles light, oxygen and moisture and reduces the chance for the contents to meet air. The pouch is supple, follows the bucket wall, and seals against the screw cap at the pail opening. The liner keeps the pail itself clean, so the bucket can be refilled or returned to service.

Printing runs 1-8 colours with the panel made to customer artwork; volumes span 1-20 L, with 3 L and 5 L among the steps, and bag length is chosen to match the bucket type. Accessories are the valve and the carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
