Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 3 L for Drinking Water

The 3 L drinking-water bag-in-box targets bottled-water replacements, outdoor use and emergency stock. The pouch is fitted with a butterfly or tap valve, so water flows out by gravity when the bag is laid flat, and it can also sit upright inside a matching carton. Once emptied the pouch collapses, which cuts the cost of returning and storing empty packaging compared with rigid containers.

The pouch body uses a metallized or pure aluminium laminate. The metal layer blocks light and oxygen so the water does not pick up odours during storage, while the inner layer is a heat-seal layer suitable for direct contact with liquid. Perimeter seals and the valve-seat weld together decide whether the pack leaks, and the outer carton gives the soft pouch something to stand against after filling.

Volumes cover 1-20 L, with 3 L at the smaller, single-serving end. Printing is available in 1-8 colours for branding and instructions. Accessories are the valve and carton, and the valve type can be specified as a butterfly or tap version depending on how the water will be dispensed. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with size and artwork made to order.
