Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 3 L with Butterfly Valve for Red Wine

A metallized bag-in-box pouch in 3 L and 5 L sizes, fitted with a butterfly valve and a tap at the spout, used mainly for filling red wine base liquid and for portioning wine. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag pairs transparent, metallized and pure aluminium materials. The metallized layer delivers light blocking, the transparent layer makes the fill level visible, and the pure aluminium layer raises barrier performance. A butterfly valve dispenses at a gentler rate, and with the tap fitted the pouch can be drawn from directly inside its cardboard outer carton, which suits repeated opening at a bar or at home. The joint between tap and valve is set during bag making, so the outlet does not loosen after repeated use.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, leaving room for wine label information and region notes. A butterfly valve, oil valve, tap valve and cardboard outer carton can be combined according to the contents and the preferred dispensing habit. The 10,000 pcs minimum fits series packaging for wine brands, and the carton opening lines up with the valve so the bag never needs to be lifted out.

Use is centred on red wine, wine and fruit wine liquids, and the pouch also handles filling needs for juice and seasoning liquids, often for winery base-liquid transfer and large-format retail. Base filling places higher demands on pouch sealing, so the seal edges are arranged to suit the contents.
