Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 3 L with Butterfly Valve for Red Wine

A metallized wine pouch in 3 L and 5 L with a butterfly valve and a tap for dispensing, used to fill red wine base and to portion wine, in a bag-in-box format. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

Base liquid is thicker than clarified wine, so choosing a butterfly valve at the spout keeps dispensing steady, while the tap makes drawing the liquid straightforward. Materials are combined from pure aluminium, metallized and transparent options: metallized or pure aluminium builds are used where light protection is needed, and a transparent layer is kept where the fill level should be visible. The butterfly valve and tap are assembled in one step during bag making, so their position is fixed and the joint does not loosen after repeated use.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, and both wine labels and descriptive text fit onto the artwork, with the front panel reserved for the brand and the side panel carrying specification and storage notes. Accessories include a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a tap valve, a pointed spout and a carton, with the pointed spout suited to low-flow pouring. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The main service is base filling for red wine and wine, and the pouch also suits thicker liquids such as fruit pulp and concentrated juice. Concentrated juice and pulp are more viscous still, so the outlet style is confirmed against the condition of the contents.
