Custom PET Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Juice

Also known as a drum-in-bag, this bag-in-box seals with a butterfly valve at the spout and pairs with a wine carton outside. It packages wine, liquid drinks and food, and both PET and vacuum constructions can be supplied. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag combines metallized, pure aluminium and transparent materials, with PET available for layers that need added strength. A vacuum step draws the air out of the bag before sealing, reducing contact between liquid and air. Sitting inside the carton drum, the pack keeps a stable shape during stacking and transport, and the drum body shields the bag from outside knocks.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, and wine labels, flavour notes and capacity information all fit onto the artwork. Accessories include a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a pointed spout, a tap valve and a cardboard outer carton with handle. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, the carton opening lines up with the valve so the pack can be used without taking the whole box apart.

The usual applications are wine and fruit juice drinks, and the format also suits sauces and syrups whose flow behaviour varies. After vacuum treatment the bag hugs its contents, which reduces how much it sloshes in transit.
