Mineral water, baijiu and red wine call for tight sealing and clean handling, and this pure-aluminium and metallized laminate pouch with a valve is built for exactly that. With a cardboard outer carton it becomes a complete bag-in-box pack. The pouch sits soft against the carton and the valve controls pouring, so the bag need not be emptied in one go.
The body is laminated from pure aluminium, metallized film and transparent film. Aluminium blocks moisture and oxygen, the metallized layer reduces the effect of light, and the clear section shows the fill level. The inner layer is chosen for liquid food use, seals run evenly across the pouch, and the valve seat is heat-sealed to the body.
Printing covers 1-8 colours from supplied artwork, and volumes span 1-200 L so pouch length can follow the fill quantity. Accessories include butterfly, oil, pointed-spout and tap valves along with the outer carton. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
