Moving wine from the production site to a decanting point needs a container that is light yet sealed, and this butterfly-valve bag-in-box serves as the inner pouch for transport and short-term storage. The bag is soft and settles against the outer carton once filled, which cuts movement in transit.

The body laminates metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent film. The aluminium and metallized layers together block light, oxygen and moisture, and the clear section shows the fill level. The valve seat is heat-sealed to the pouch, and the outlet stays closed while the goods are in transit. A clear window along the face lets staff read the fill level without opening the carton.

Printing reaches 1-8 colours and can follow a wine merchant layout; volumes span 1-200 L so transport and decanting can each pick a suitable fill size. Accessories include butterfly, oil, tap and pointed-spout valves plus the carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
