A transparent pouch body with a polymer inner film lets buyers see the fill level and colour of cooking oil and drinks straight on the shelf, and an outer carton turns it into a finished bag-in-box pack. Drawing liquid through a valve replaces tipping the bag open, which limits contact with air.
The material is offered in pure aluminium, metallized and transparent versions, matched to how much light protection the contents need. Metallized and aluminium layers block light, moisture and oxygen, while the clear build keeps contents visible. The pouch is soft, sits close to the carton and stays put during handling.
Printing reaches 1-8 colours on the front panel from customer artwork; volumes run 1-200 L, with bag length, fitment size and valve position adjustable to the filling line. Accessories cover butterfly, tap, pointed-spout and oil valves plus the outer carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
