Lemon glucose-fructose syrup and flavoured fruit syrups are fairly thick, so this aseptic-valve bag-in-box across the 1 L to 15 kg range is set up for syrup filling. The valve at the spout supports repeated dispensing, and an outer carton takes it straight into storage and distribution.

The body laminates aluminium foil with pure aluminium. The aluminium layer carries the light, oxygen and moisture barrier so the syrup is not affected by light or air while in store. The pouch is supple and sits still inside the carton, and thicker contents still flow out smoothly through the valve. Because the syrup is thick, the valve bore is chosen so the pour stays steady rather than pulsing.
