Custom Transparent Bag-in-Box 10 L for Lemon Juice and Liquid Egg

The transparent bag-in-box with an aseptic cap is designed for liquids that are vulnerable to microbial growth, such as lemon juice, thick concentrate and liquid egg. After filling, the pouch mouth is closed with an aseptic cap, and the user simply unscrews it to pour, so the whole bag is not exposed. The clear body shows the fill level and any sediment, which suits large-container supply to shops and catering kitchens.

The pouch is made from metallized film, pure aluminium foil or a transparent laminate, combined with a heat-seal inner layer. Aluminium provides an oxygen and light barrier, while the clear structure trades some of that barrier for visibility. Welding the aseptic cap to the pouch mouth is the core operation that keeps the pack leak-free through storage and transport.

Volumes cover 1-20 L; the 10 L and 15-22 L figures in the product name correspond to the single-container and large-container sizes in common use. Printing runs to 1-8 colours, accessories are the valve and carton, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch style and cap type can be agreed with the customer.

Lemon juice, thick concentrate, liquid egg and cooking oil are the main fills. The same structure is also used for juice drinks, milk and sauces, and bag-in-box, liquid pouch and juice pouch are all names for this family.
