Red wine and petrol are prone to seepage when stored or carried, so this heat-resistant valve pouch pairs a large-capacity bag with a cardboard outer carton. A valve at the spout keeps dispensing controlled, which makes tipping and spilling far less of a worry on the move.

The body laminates metallized film with pure aluminium, and aluminium supplies the light, oxygen and moisture barrier. The laminate keeps the pouch tough as temperatures move, the folded edges resist cracking, and the bag holds position inside the carton through repeated handling. Because there is no clear layer in this build, the pouch is used where contents do not need to be seen.

Printing runs 1-8 colours with the panel made to customer artwork; volumes span 1-20 L, covering both portable sizes and bulk transfer. Accessories are the valve and the carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs, with pouch length and fitment diameter agreed to the carton so the filled bag sits without slack.
