A factory-direct 20 L bag-in-box aimed at bulk filling of liquid egg, heavy sauces and cooking oil. With a valve fitted, the pouch can feed a dispensing line, and the outer carton and inner bag are supplied separately for easier shipping and recovery.
The body laminates metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent material. The metallized layer softens the effect of light on the contents, the aluminium layer strengthens the barrier against moisture and oxygen, and the clear section is there to read the fill level. Formed pouches stay supple and the folded edges resist whitening and cracking.
Printing reaches 1-8 colours, with the bag panel made to customer artwork; volumes span 1-200 L, and the 20 L step suits catering and central kitchens. Accessories include butterfly, oil, tap and pointed-spout valves plus the carton. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
