A factory-direct BIB foil pouch that takes cooking oil, red wine and juice drinks, becoming a complete pack once an outer carton is added. The body is built mainly on foil laminate with a simple format, which helps a filling line switch sizes quickly.
The body combines metallized film and pure aluminium, with no transparent layer. Aluminium handles light, oxygen and moisture, so the contents are not directly exposed to light. Formed pouches stay supple, sit snugly against the carton after filling and share the stacking load evenly. With no clear layer in the build, the pouch is used where contents do not need to be seen.
Printing runs 1-8 colours from customer artwork, and volumes span 1-20 L, covering retail and food-service sizes in the small to medium range. Accessories include butterfly, tap and oil valves plus the carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
