The in-stock metallized bag-in-box covers common sizes such as 3 L, 5 L and 10 L, using a bag-in-box construction with a dispensing valve for aseptic liquid packaging of red wine and wine. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing runs 0–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag body combines three material options — transparent, metallized and pure aluminium. The metallized layer takes on light blocking, the transparent layer makes the fill level easy to read, and the pure aluminium layer serves higher barrier requirements. After filling, the liquid is sealed inside the flexible bag and supported by a cardboard outer carton; when poured, liquid leaves through the valve and the bag contracts, keeping contact between the wine and air at a low level. The outer carton also acts as a second layer of protection, so the bag is harder to puncture in transit.

Printing runs 0–8 colours, so stock sizes can ship as plain bags or be overprinted with a brand layout. Accessories include a valve, an oil valve, a tap valve and a cardboard outer carton, with the dispensing option chosen to match the viscosity of the contents. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and plain and printed bags share one specification, so a customer can trial a small batch before settling the artwork.

The main use is case-level portioning of red wine and wine, and the format also takes drinks and seasoning liquids that need aseptic liquid packaging, including coffee liquid and sauces. For wines stored at room temperature, both the metallized and the pure aluminium build provide light protection.
