Custom Foil Pouch 4 L with Spout for Calf Colostrum and Milk

A farm milk pouch and a chilled calf colostrum pouch can share one flexible construction: a 4 L body with a spout that stands upright when full, so milk is taken pouch by pouch from the chiller instead of opening one large container again and again. The manufacturer builds the pouch around the farm's existing milking and milk-storage routine, and both the outlet and the spout bore can be adjusted to the equipment.

The pouch uses aluminium foil or a metallized laminate, the metal layer blocking light and oxygen, with a heat-seal inner layer facing the milk or colostrum. At 4 L the single-pouch fill is on the larger side, so once filled the pouch carries more weight and the bottom and side seals must resist squeezing during handling and stacking. The spout weld is checked for tightness batch by batch.

The series covers 1-10 L and printing is available in 1-8 colours, so the pouch face can carry the farm name, batch and date. Accessories include the drain tube and outer frame, the frame steadying a large pouch during feeding or pouring. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with dimensions and accessories made to order.
