Custom Foil Spout Pouch 4 kg for Bovine Colostrum

Made to order with a 4 kg reference fill, this farm colostrum spout pouch uses a stand-up format: once filled, the base opens out and the bag stands firmly on a bench or in the chiller, so it does not need to be held upright while a calf is brought over to feed. That frees a hand at exactly the moment when both hands are otherwise busy with the animal.

The body pairs milky white PE with laminated material. The milky white PE sits inside, sealing to the spout seat and touching the milk directly, while the laminated layers carry overall strength. Layering matters because it splits strength, barrier and sealing between materials instead of asking one film to do all of it at once, which is how most liquid flexible packaging is put together.

Volume covers 1-20L, printing is 1-8 colours, accessories include a drain tube and an outer frame, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The 4 kg figure is a reference point rather than a fixed size, so other fills inside the range can be quoted as well.

It serves calf feeding and milk holding on the farm, in the roles of colostrum packaging, cattle-rearing pouch, calf drench bag, farm pouch, spout pouch, milk bag and feeding bag, so one bag style can cover several jobs around the shed and keep the number of part numbers a farm holds down.

The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, and can be customised to your size and artwork, with samples before volume production so the stand-up base and the spout weld are proven on your own bench before a full order is placed.
