Custom Packaging Pouch 1–10 L with Spout for Milk and Calf Colostrum

This high-barrier aseptic spout pouch is used to fill and store milk and calf colostrum. It combines a barrier structure with a spout, so it works both for on-farm portioning and for aseptic filling lines. Ordering direct from the manufacturer means the film selection and pouch design can be adapted to a farm's or dairy's filling setup.

High barrier here means metallized or pure aluminium foil layers are built into the laminate to reduce the effect of oxygen, water vapour and light on dairy products. Beyond the barrier layer sit a heat-seal inner layer and a printed outer layer: the inner layer provides the seal and touches the liquid, the outer layer carries the branding and resists wear. The spout weld is confirmed for tightness before filling.

Volumes cover 1-10 L and printing is available in 1-8 colours. Accessories are the drain tube and outer frame, the tube being selected to match the feeder bore. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and pouch dimensions, spout position and frame style can all be customised.
