Custom Spout Pouch 2.5 kg, 4 L for Bovine Colostrum and Milk

Made to order for calf feeding on dairy farms, this colostrum spout pouch is a stand-up bag with a welded spout, offered in two common fills of 2.5 kg and 4 L. It handles portioning, chilled holding and on-site drenching of colostrum and milk. Once filled it stands upright on its own, and the spout lets one person pour and feed without help, cutting the repeated opening of open-top containers that invites contamination into the milk.

The body is available in two barrier builds: metallized film, where a thin metal layer sits on a carrier web and reflects light away, and pure aluminium foil, where a full aluminium layer takes part in the lamination. Both are widely used in packaging to block light, oxygen and moisture, and dairy liquids are sensitive to light and oxygen during chilled storage. An inner sealing layer handles spout welding and pouch edge sealing.

Volume runs from 1-10L and dimensions can be adjusted to your filling needs, so a farm can settle on a size that matches how it feeds. Printing covers 1-8 colours, with artwork and colour matching either supplied by you or worked out together. A drain tube and an outer frame are offered as accessories; the tube leads liquid toward the feeding point, while the frame gives the soft pouch external support. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

Typical uses include colostrum packaging, cattle-rearing pouches, calf drench bags and general farm pouches, as well as milk and feeding pouches in spout-pouch form. Calves are fed to a set volume at each feeding, and a pouch format makes per-head allocation straightforward, keeps the intake record simple, and leaves disposal tidy compared with decanting from drums.

The pouches are produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. The process starts by settling the film structure for the job, then moves through printing, lamination, curing, slitting and bag making, with the spout and frame fitted during bag making. Sample pouches can be made before a production run so the pouch shape and accessory fit can be checked first.
