Custom Spout Pouch 4 L for Calf Colostrum

This calf colostrum spout pouch uses a laminated film construction and serves two jobs: colostrum feeding and pasteurised-milk storage. Farms portion colostrum into pouches, chill or freeze them, then warm a pouch when it is needed and feed it straight through the spout and feeding tool, with no decanting between containers and less exposure to air.

The pouch body uses metallized film or pure aluminium foil as the barrier layer, laminated with a heat-seal inner layer. The metal layer blocks light and oxygen, while the inner layer keeps the seals sound at both chilled and ambient temperatures. The spout base is welded to the pouch and takes the pressure of feeding, so the seal width has to be generous.

Volumes cover 1-10 L, with 4 L a common portion size. Printing runs to 1-8 colours. Accessories include the drain tube and outer frame, the tube guiding the liquid into the feeder. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and pouch style and accessory dimensions can be made to suit the customer's equipment.
