This printed laminated roll film is supplied to packaging machines as a roll, so the machine can form, fill and seal packs in one continuous run. It is the practical choice when a product line runs at volume and the pack format and specification are fixed, because the printed design and the film structure arrive together and no separate label step is needed.
The lamination is built for food and daily-chemical use. An outer layer takes the 1–8 colour printed design, a middle layer provides the barrier against moisture, oxygen and light, and the inner heat-seal layer closes the pack at the machine. Film gauge is selected against the fill weight and the machine, and the web width is slit to suit your pouch or sachet format.
Custom work covers structure, gauge, web width, roll core and the print design, with either food-grade or high-barrier options depending on the product. Guangdong Kody Packaging manufactures the film and completes lamination, slitting and rewinding in-house, supplying samples before a mass-production order.
