Product details
The three-side-seal bone-strip zipper pouch combines two closures, a bone strip and a zipper, on the same bag top. The body is transparent and can be colour printed, with a fill range of 1-1000g, and it is used mainly for vacuum preservation and everyday portioning of food.
The body uses a laminated material. The laminated layers provide barrier and stiffness, the transparent film lets the contents be seen, and the printed area carries brand information. The bone strip and the zipper together keep the pack closing well even after repeated use, and combined with a vacuum process they help extend the preservation time. Seal width at the base and the top can be adjusted to the fill quantity.
The fill range is 1-1000g. Printing is available in 1-8 colours with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, closure type and the size of the clear area can all be adjusted to your requirement, and the window can be a narrow strip or a large opening depending on the contents and the layout.
Use is centred on vacuum food preservation, and the pouch also suits portioned nuts and dried fruit, candy, grains, and flour or sugar. Retail shelves and home portioning can both use the same bag.
Kody Packaging makes the pouches in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag-making and printing linked in one plant, and a sample can be run to check how the bone strip and the zipper open and close, together with the printed colour and how well the closure seats.
