This three-side-seal vacuum pouch for food is aimed at small-format packing, with a fill range of 1-1000g. The body uses a transparent laminated material and can be colour printed to your requirement, and it is common for dim sum, pastries and dried goods supplied as vacuum flexible packs.
The body is built from a laminated material. The transparent layer shows the contents, the laminated layers handle barrier, and the heat-seal layer keeps the sealed edges firm. After vacuuming the pouch shrinks onto the product, which reduces its contact with air. Seal width at the base and the top can be adjusted to the fill quantity so the pack holds together under load.
The fill range is 1-1000g. Printing is available in 1-8 colours with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The clear area, bag dimensions and printed artwork can all be customised, and the window can run as a narrow strip or as a large opening depending on the contents and the layout.
Applications cover food, grains, wheat flour, rice and beans, and smaller vacuum pouches for pastries and dim sum often use the same format. Shop shelves and online orders can share one specification.
