This embossed vacuum pouch is used for fresh, frozen and cooked food that is packed on a vacuum machine. The textured inner surface keeps the two film layers apart while air is drawn out, so the vacuum reaches the whole pack instead of leaving pockets that shorten shelf life.
The film is a PA + PE laminate. The nylon layer provides puncture resistance, which matters when the product has bones, shells or sharp edges, and the inner PE layer seals and holds the vacuum through freezing, thawing and cooking. With air and moisture kept away from the product, colour, texture and flavour are preserved through cold-chain storage and sous-vide preparation.
The pouch is made to your size, and the gauge, embossing depth and seal width are matched to the product and to the vacuum level your machine reaches. Printing can be added in 1–8 colours for brand and handling information. Guangdong Kody Packaging manufactures vacuum packaging to order and supplies samples for machine trials.
