Product details
The vacuum rice pouch is built as a carry-handle bag with a handle opening, most often seen in 5 kg and 2.5 kg sizes. Once vacuumed the bag contracts into a firm brick shape, which makes stacking, transport and shelf display easier to manage.
The body uses a laminated material. The laminated layers supply tensile strength and barrier, and pulling a vacuum removes most of the air inside the pack, which slows oxidation and moisture uptake in the rice. The handle lets the consumer carry the bag directly without an extra outer bag. Seal width at the base and the top is set against the fill weight so a heavy pack is less likely to split during handling.
The fill range is 1-20kg. Printing is available in 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. You can choose between a handle bag and a three-side-seal bag, and dimensions, handle position and artwork are all customisable. Several weights can share one artwork so the range displays as a series.
Applications cover food, grains, wheat flour, rice and beans, and the same format is used for grain gift packs and family-size portions. Shop shelves and online orders can both use this specification.
