The three-side-seal and eight-side-seal stand-up pouch can be produced with a matte finish or a foil look, and it carries a zipper at the top. It combines the light weight of flexible packaging with the display presence of a block-bottom bag, and it is aimed at snack manufacturers who want a matte touch or a foil appearance for snacks, nuts and instant powder products.
The body is made from a PE laminated material. The heat-seal layer keeps the seams firm while the laminated layers provide stiffness and barrier. The surface can be finished with a matte effect or given a foil appearance, and 1-8 colour printing lifts the shelf impact. The stand-up base and the zipper together let the pouch stand and be reopened repeatedly, and the filled bag keeps a steadier centre of gravity.
The volume is 3KG and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. You can choose between a three-side-seal and an eight-side-seal construction, and the zipper position, gusset depth and artwork can all be made to your drawing.
Applications include snack foods, nuts and dried fruit, candy outer packaging and grains, as well as instant powders and portioned flour or sugar where both display and preservation matter. Where a range of flavours has to be distinguished, one bag format can be reused and only the main colour and the graphic changed.
