Product details
This custom universal three-side-seal zipper pouch serves both household-chemical and food uses. Laundry pods, candy food bags and snack pouches can all use the same bag format, with only the artwork and the dimensions changing between them.
The body is a PE laminated material. The laminated structure provides barrier and stiffness, the heat-seal layer keeps the seams firm, and the zipper at the top makes repeated opening and closing easy. The three-side-seal construction is simple, so bag dimensions can be adjusted flexibly and a single format can be shared across product lines. Bag width and zipper size are chosen around the fill quantity, and the filled pouch stays flat and stacks well.
The fill range is 1-5KG. Printing is available in 1-8 colours and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The pouch is printed to your logo and artwork, and no valve, spout or other accessory is fitted.
The range covers household chemicals such as laundry pods as well as candy outer wrapping, snacks, nuts and dried fruit and grains. It suits customers with many product lines who want one packaging format across all of them. When several products share a format, it is best to settle one main size first and then fine-tune the artwork for each item.
