The stand-up self-seal pouch for nuts and walnuts is a small-format, colour-printed flexible pack with a fill range of 1-1000g. The top can be fitted with a bone strip or a zipper, and it is aimed at nuts, walnuts and snacks that are displayed on a shelf.
The body is made from a laminated material. The laminated layers bring barrier and stiffness, and the inner heat-seal layer keeps the seams intact. The stand-up base lets the filled pouch stand steadily, and with a bone strip the pack can be merchandised either hanging or standing flat. The format is compact, so filled packs box and carry easily.
The fill range is 1-1000g. Printing is available in 1-8 colours with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, closure type and artwork can all be produced from your drawing, and the smaller sizes are often used for individual packs or sample portions.
Use is mainly in food packaging, particularly nuts, dried fruit and walnut snacks, and the pouch also suits portioned candy, roasted seeds and preserved fruit. Where flavours have to be told apart, one bag format can be kept and only the main colour and graphic changed.
