Product details
This colour-printed bone-strip pouch is built on a three-side-seal zipper construction. It serves laundry-pod and other household-chemical packaging, and it also works for candy and snack foods. A bone strip or zipper closes the top, and the laminated colour-printed panel gives brand information good shelf visibility.
The body uses a PE laminated material. The laminated layers deliver barrier and stiffness while the heat-seal layer keeps the seams strong. The bone strip works with the zipper to make the pack easy to open and close, which helps keep the contents from picking up moisture or spilling. The bag is mostly produced with a flat or stand-up base, so filled packs stack and box neatly.
The fill range is 1-5KG. Printing runs to 1-8 colours with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Bag dimensions, closure type and artwork can all be produced to match the shape of your product. No valve or spout is included.
Beyond laundry pods, the pouch is used for candy food bags, snack packaging and portioned grains or sugar, which makes it a general format that spans household chemicals and food. Where a series covers several products, only the main colour and the graphic need to change to keep one consistent look.
