Product details
A heavy-duty foil laminate pouch in a three-side-seal format, used for sheet masks as well as trial-size tea sachets and shampoo sachets. The extra weight sits in the total thickness of the laminate, which raises the stiffness of the bag so a filled pouch holds its shape instead of sagging.
Two materials are offered, aluminium foil and metallized film. The foil layer blocks light and moisture vapour while the metallized layer adds a metal-deposited barrier; together with a printed surface film and a heat-seal inner layer they form the laminate. The thicker build resists puncture better during bag-making, filling and transport, which suits trial fills that carry granules or contain alcohol.
Printing covers 1-8 colours and can run as full-surface work from the brand's artwork. Sizes are made to order, and for a flat pouch the length, width, seal width and the option of a tear notch can all be specified. The minimum order is 10,000 pcs, a workable quantity for sampling campaigns and small tea packs.
